Howdy! It’s Mr. Greg from Smedley’s Smorgasboard of Kindergarten! Today I want to show you a simple and cheap way to make super fun pointers for your classroom!
My students LOVE to read, write and count the room! We even add and subtract the room! Of course, we need pointers for all of this roaming the room! Those plastic pointer hands can be pricey and they just aren’t as fun! So, here’s a way to make your own pointer and make them fun!
You’ll need: dowel rods, E-6000 glue, and wooden shapes. You can get all of these at Michael’s. The shapes are about .60 cents each. The E-6000 glue is about 7 or 8 dollars and can be found in the glue aisle at Michaels or any crafty or hobby store!
