Two years ago I received two amazing pocket chart centers through a Donor’s Choose project. As much as I love, love, love the centers I wasn’t using them because I really had no way to hang them! We can’t staple into our walls and of course, the charts were not the same size as the stand. Besides, I had two half-size charts to hang.

Finally, I enlisted a little muscle from the hubs and created this little masterpiece.

We used pvc pipe from the home improvement store and just cut it to the size of my charts. They sell all kind of connectors, caps and corners in the same section as the pipe, so you really can custom build just about any size stand you might need.

I did not use any adhesive, just some elbow grease to connect everything. It’s very sturdy and super lightweight. And at the end of the year, I can just disconnect the pieces for easy storage!
